Offering same day and future date delivery in and around Sydney, Love Our Work understands delivery is key to any online business. Particularly when it comes to sending joyful and personal-event or time-sensitive gifts, such as gift plants and hampers.
Same-day delivery is available on orders received before 11 am, Monday to Saturday. On this page, we’ve put together a handful of frequently asked questions we receive regarding our delivery service. Because Love Our Work is headquatered in Chatswood we are able to offer free delivery in the area and neighbouring suburbs. Post codes include:

Love Our Work services approximately 297 suburbs in and around greater Sydney.
Our delivery areas are managed in our web site’s checkout system so placing an order to a suburb we do not deliver to is not a concern. The order simply cannot be processed.
Where we do offer delivery that attracts a fee, we utilise reputable couriers experienced in floral delivery. Whether it’s next day or a future date delivery, it is your delivery. Your fresh gift flowers, plants and hampers travel direct to the recipient.
We are sorry if the suburb you are looking for does not appear on the list. Breaking the traditional ‘relay flortist’ mould is challenging, however we believe our quality product is superior. Please bare with us while we grow and try to reach more areas.

LOVE OUR WORK'S SYDNEY-WIDE DELIVERY AREAS

At present there are two ways to do this (e are working to make this easier so please bear with us).
YOUR CART VIEW: Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, go to ‘view cart’ page by hovering over the shopping bag icon at the top of the screen.
In the ‘Cart Totals’ section of the page, to the bottom-left, there is a tool to enter the post-code of your recipient. Click ‘Update Totals’ to view the delivery fee.
ON CHECKOUT: Add a product to your cart and head to the checkout. Once you fill in your recipient’s address details and postcode, the checkout will :
a) let you know if we deliver to your desired location
b) let you know the delivery fee
Yes! Love Our Work offers same-day delivery in and around Sydney, North Sydney, Chatswood, Willoughby & North Shore.
The cut off time for same-day delivery is 11am.
This is to ensure that we can deliver your order on the same day of ordering. Same day delivery is available on Monday to Saturday.
Love Our Work offers delivery from Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday deliveries are delivered anywhere between 9am and 5pm.
Saturday deliveries are performed between 9am and 2pm.
Please note: We do not operate on Sunday or public holidays. Our delivery calendar is greyed out on these days so you simply can’t place an order on these days by mistake.
Once your order has been signed for, the signee is now responsible for these items, therefore you can consider the item as delivered.
If there is no reasonable person, a person over the age of 18 with appropriate ID (where alcohol is part of your order), or no responsible person at the delivery address to sign for the order, the delivery driver will follow any special instructions you may left at the time of placing your order.
Alternatively, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Yes. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been received and will be processed as instructed.
Once our courier notifies us of successful delivery of your order, we update our system and an email will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of ordering.
We have live tracking of our couriers so we know when it’s been delivered immediately.
We do our best to update the status of your order soon after we receive delivery confirmation.
All deliveries, whether same day or for a date in the future, can take up to 5.30pm to complete delivery.
This timing depends on several factors; such as when the order has been dispatched, how many orders we received on a particular day, traffic conditions and other unforeseen factors outside of our control.
One thing you can be assured of, however, is that your order will be delivered on the day you specify, each and every time. While it doesn’t occur frequently, we ask that you consider there are *sometimes* situations outside of our control that can affect courier delivery.
We will always call or email you to notify you of any critical delivery failures and discuss your options, if and when, they occur.
